Updates from work day last Saturday
This is my update notes message from the immediate prior work day. I am posting this message to "buildingsandgrounds@firstexistentialist.org" where they will be available for others to read.
On Saturday we moved forward on several projects. Jon Nye and I started early and seven others came as the day progressed.
The main jobs forwarded were:
1) floor removed from stage left room where tables are kept.
2) chair dollies rethought and needed materials purchased
3) ministerial office cleaned out (Marsha supervised)
4) cleaning and organizing of alcove and kitchen
5) additional mapping of electrical system
Shall we meet sometime in August to continue working on our strategy for the buildings and grounds?
At the board meeting Tuesday the Board discussed the need for the ramp's upgrade again. I believe this is a project we need to consider and on which we need to form a recommendation.
